Our engineers operate with state-of-the-art coding agents, model evaluation harnesses, and custom tooling that compresses delivery timelines by 2–4x compared to traditional agencies. On the product side, we design systems with LLMs, retrieval, agents, and evaluations as first-class primitives — never bolted on at the end.

We deliberately keep a small, senior bench and run a limited number of engagements concurrently to protect quality. New projects typically kick off 2–4 weeks after a signed agreement. Senior engineers, product designers, and a dedicated technical lead — full stop. We do not subcontract, offshore, or hand projects off to junior teams once the contract is signed. The people who scope your work are the people who build it.

We work on fixed-scope statements of work or monthly retainers, with milestone-based invoicing in USD, GBP, or EUR. Standard terms are 50% on kickoff and the remainder against delivery milestones; retainers are billed monthly in advance. We accept bank transfer (ACH, SEPA, Wire) and major card payments via Stripe. All work is covered by a mutual NDA and a clean IP assignment on payment.

We routinely sign mutual NDAs before discovery, and we follow secure-by-default practices: SOC 2-aligned controls, least-privilege access, encrypted secrets management, and GDPR/CCPA-compliant handling of user data. For regulated industries (fintech, healthtech) we can work within your existing compliance frameworks.

Yes. We frequently embed alongside in-house engineering teams, lead specific workstreams (AI features, performance, mobile, infra), or take ownership of legacy modernization. We adapt to your stack, rituals, and tooling rather than imposing ours.

Yes — most clients continue with a monthly retainer covering ongoing development, observability, on-call, and product iteration. Standalone bug-fix-only contracts are available but rarely the best use of our team.
